These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MindHaven website and services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. About MindHaven
MindHaven is a digital platform that helps users discover activities and spaces using environmental comfort indicators and accessibility information. MindHaven facilitates connections between users and independent partner venues. MindHaven does not operate partner venues and is not responsible for their day to day management.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. If booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have appropriate authority.
3. Platform Role
MindHaven provides information about venues and activities, offers environmental ComfortScore insights, and facilitates booking communication between users and partners. MindHaven does not directly provide the activities, control pricing set by partners, or guarantee availability beyond information provided. Any contract for services is between the user and the partner venue.
4. Bookings
When a booking is made through MindHaven, relevant booking information is shared with the partner, the partner is responsible for delivering the activity, and cancellation and refund policies are governed by the partner’s terms. MindHaven may assist in communication but is not liable for service delivery failures by third parties.
5. Payments
Where payments are processed through MindHaven, secure third party payment processors are used, transaction fees may apply, and refunds are subject to partner policy. MindHaven does not store full payment card details.
6. ComfortScore Information
ComfortScore reflects structural environmental characteristics derived from open data sources. It does not measure personal wellbeing, does not guarantee individual experience, and should be considered as guidance, not a clinical assessment.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the platform, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to copy or exploit platform content without permission.
8. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for accurate listing information, delivering booked services, and complying with relevant legal and safety standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
MindHaven is not liable for loss arising from partner service delivery, indirect or consequential loss, or personal decisions based on ComfortScore data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful under UK law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and ComfortScore methodology are the intellectual property of MindHaven unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
