Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 2026
MindHaven is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including neurodivergent individuals and users with disabilities. We aim to provide a calm, inclusive, and usable digital experience.
Our Commitment
We are working towards compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is considered in design, development, and content creation.
What We Have Done
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility:
- Use of semantic HTML structure
- Clear heading hierarchy
- Sufficient colour contrast
- Keyboard navigable interface
- Alt text for images
- Responsive layout for different screen sizes
- Avoidance of flashing or visually overwhelming elements
We aim to maintain a calm visual design suitable for sensory sensitivity.
ComfortScore and Accessibility
ComfortScore measures structural environmental conditions using open data. It does not rely on personal data or behavioural tracking. The platform is designed to reduce uncertainty before visiting a space.
Ongoing Improvements
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. We continue to review colour contrast levels, screen reader compatibility, form usability, and plain language clarity. If we identify issues, we aim to resolve them promptly.
Known Limitations
If any content does not fully meet accessibility standards, we are committed to addressing this as soon as reasonably possible.
